Back Boiler - Vent Question (UK)?

I have a back boiler in the chimney in my back room. Because of this I have a ventilation tube going through the same wall close by. The ventilator gets air from the driveway next door. My neighbour with the driveway has just started to keep a car down it and so I am now getting lots of fumes and noise inside my house. I would like to seal up the ventilator because of this. I would like to know whether a new external ventilator could be installed elsewhere in my back room (i.e. through another wall into my back garden or into the chimney above the boiler) or could a internal ventilator be fitted from my back room into my kitchen?

I understand the problem you have with the vent, but it is Absolutely crucial that you don't block this vent until you have a new one installed. You can have a vent in another room but if there is a door between the rooms you will need another vent to Communicate between rooms.
As in the previous answer, get am engineer who is Gas Safe Registered. You can go on their website and look for your nearest engineer.
With the correct ventilation i always insist on a carbon monoxide alarm with open flued boilers. I have now come across at least three jobs where an alarm has saved peoples lives, and as it happens they have been back boilers.
