A new solution to the technology of solar energy has been tested and gave its approval for production in Australia.
This new installation of solar energy is based on the technology of solar tower designed in Germany. An amazing thing of this new technology is the simplicity of its design and clever use of the fundamental principles of physics to create energy.
So what is this new solar power plant?
This solar tower, also known as a "solar chimney", use solar energy to convert the wind.

How it works?
Well, the best way to describe it is to compare a large greenhouse with a large fireplace.
As we all know, hot air rises.
The greenhouse effect inside the solar chimney system captures the sun's heat. The heated air in the greenhouse, then escapes with a huge fireplace.
Before the air escapes through the chimney, is forced to pass through the turbines, which in turn is used to generate electricity. You can see a pattern here.
The beauty of this technology is that it uses centuries old tried and true principles of the updraft. These are the same principles used in open fireplaces. The reason why your house is not filled with smoke when you light a fire in the fireplace is due to the suction created by the warm air rises up the chimney. This draws the smoke up the chimney too.
But in the case of solar tower (solar chimney) that does not use fire to create hot air. We simply allow the sun to do its thing: Things heat up. In this case, the sun heats up the air and the air then rises through the solar chimney as a result.
Australia is the first country to build such a plant for solar power business.
The tower will be over 3000 m high and 400 feet in diameter.
750,000 cubic meters will be used for concrete.
The solar collector (greenhouse) contain thirty million square feet of space. It's more than three and a half miles in diameter.
32 wind turbines will be placed at ground level, each capable of generating 6.25 megawatts electricity.
This will have 34 months to build.

The solar tower will create any carbon emissions, greenhouse gas emissions and other pollutants in the process energy production. In other words, it will be completely and 100% organic.
